Age of children

NVR addresses challenging and harmful behaviours in children and adolescents and restores individual strength and self-respect in parents. It also supports caring and respectful relationships in the family and wider communities.

Key concepts of NVR in parenting:

• De-escalating conflicts

• Increasing parental presence

• Recruiting and utilising supporters

• Taking a firm stand against violent or destructive

behaviours.

• Announcing your commitment to your child or adolescent

• Breaking the cycle of shame and silence

• Arranging sit-ins

• Creating reconciliation gestures that are not linked to the

young person’s behaviour but increase positive

interactions between parents and young people

Community Growth

Father 2 Father C.I.C aims to build better communities by making  major change  to build a more aspirational future for our young people.

We enjoy colaborating with other organisations to work together towards a shared vision to create safe, inspiring communities in which we all can thrive.

Community Growth and engagement is an undeniably critical part of ensuring that mentoring isn’t left to chance. Whether you’re a public official, teacher, counselor, school administrator, or business leader, we need your help and involvement to close the mentoring gap.
